Discover the Art of Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese martial art known for its controlled movement, balance, awareness, and connection between mind and body.
At Tai Chi & Bagua of Northeast Colorado, we explore Tai Chi from both a martial arts and personal-development perspective.
