New students are invited to attend an introductory class at no charge. Come meet the instructor, experience the training, ask questions, and decide whether you'd like to continue.

What Happens When You Arrive?

  1. MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

    You'll have an opportunity to meet the instructor and talk about your interests and experience.

  2. GET INTRODUCED TO THE PRACTICE

    You'll learn what the class is about and begin with appropriate introductory exercises.

  3. PRACTICE

    You'll participate in the class and begin exploring Tai Chi or Bagua.

  4. ASK QUESTIONS

    There's time to ask questions and learn more about the training.

  5. DECIDE FOR YOURSELF

    At the end, you can decide whether you'd like to come back.

You Don't Need to Be an Experienced Martial Artist

Classes are open to people who are new to Tai Chi and Bagua as well as those with previous martial arts experience.

You don't need to arrive knowing the movements. You don't need a martial arts background. You simply need an interest in learning and a willingness to practice.
